Leadership Team
A 40-year veteran of the tungsten industry, Dennis recently exited Tungsten Wyoming Parts, where he led a turnaround and rapid growth into a major supplier of heavy-alloy components for defense. Across his career he has run global development, alliances, product, and supply chains from start-up to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, with defense work spanning HARM, HARPOON, Pershing, first-phase ARRAY radar, and Cheytac systems for Tier-1 special operations. He has served at state and federal levels, including as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Examiner by appointment of the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, and has held above a Top Secret clearance.
A 30-year veteran of the specialty and refractory-metals industry, Andy is Managing Partner of Integrity Equity Partners and President of ELEMENT 41. He led the management buyout, turnaround, and sale of Elmet Technologies — taking a tungsten and molybdenum manufacturer out of bankruptcy into a profitable growth company serving medical, aerospace, defense, and electronics. He spent 16 years at Allegheny Technologies (ATI) in executive, operational, and commercial roles, and holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA (Colorado School of Mines, Willamette, Oxford).
An executive finance and operations leader with 15+ years helping companies scale and professionalize, Tyler is a Partner at Integrity Equity Partners, Wiley, and Nexus Tech. His background spans financial strategy, forecasting, internal controls, KPI systems, acquisition support, and operational integration across businesses up to $150M+ in revenue. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a graduate of the University of Montana, based in Jupiter, Florida.
An entrepreneur, tax strategist, and finance executive with more than a decade advising business owners and investors, Chelsea holds a Master of Accounting with a Forensic Accounting concentration.
